Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you know me and my family, we’re big lovers of chips and dip. My husband has this weird obsession with trying different chips and creating dips. Well 2 weekends ago was Super bowl Sunday, so of course we had to have chips and dip. We made about 3 different dips, but the buffalo chicken dip was the house favorite. What I love about it is that it can be made for under $8!
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans White chicken breats
- 1/4 cup butter salted gives it a better taste
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 11 oz Buffalo Wing Sauce you can add more or less depending on how spicy you want it
- 1 tsp salt and pepper you can add more or less
- 8 oz cheddar shredded cheese
Tools
- 9x13 glass baking dish
Instructions
- Chop up half an onion

- Melt half stick of Butter in medium pan, over high heat.

- While butter is melting, open 2 cans of chicken and strain water.

- Once butter is melted, add chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.

- Then add shredded chicken to pan, and mix all together.

- After 5 minutes of cooking together, add one package of cream cheese and one container of sour cream.

- Once all of it is stirred together, add in buffalo sauce. Pour about half a container in, which is equivalent to 11oz. Feel free to add more or less, depending on how spicy you want it.

- Then pour all of it into a glass baking dish, and coat with shredded cheddar cheese.

- Bake in oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- Allow dip to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying, unless you like burning the top of your mouth.
