Disney Ride Guide: Pregnancy edition

Going to Disney World is tons of fun, but being pregnant will limit you to what rides you can and can’t do. Being pregnant for my 4th time, and going to Disney World with each of the pregnancies I’ve kind of just memorized the rides I can and can’t ride. So within this post I will break it down park by park, what rides you can and cant ride!

Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom Park- Pregnancy safe rides

• Astro Orbiter
• Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
• Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover- My favorite! because someone (myself included) always falls asleep on this.
• Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress
• Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
• It’s a small world
• Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
• Peter Pan’s Flight
• Dumbo the Flying Elephant
• Enchanted Tales with Belle
• Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid

• Tommorowland Speedway- although, I have been on this pregnant. I just made sure my husband was in the car behind me so I know I wouldn’t get bumped.

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom Park- Pregnancy safe rides (lots of shows)

• Na’vi River Journey in Pandora – World of Avatar
• It’s Tough to be a Bug 3D
• Finding Nemo the Musical
• Rivers of Light Nighttime show
• Train to the Conservation Station

Animal Kingdom Park- You should NOT ride while pregnant

• Expedition Everest
• Dinosaur
• Kali River Rapids
• Kilimanjaro Safari- I have also been on this pregnant with all 4 of my kids. But I can see why they suggest not to. It gets super bumpy!
• Primeval Whirl

Epcot
