Misfit Smart Watch Review
I am so thankful for Misfit for sending my husband this watch to try out in exchange fir an honest blog post. My husband and I have been looking into getting a smart watch because we are getting more into fitness again. We knew we wanted something that could track our workouts, but not let us miss a beat with phone notifications. Prior to receiving this watch, we were only looking to Apple watches, because come on, we’re an Apple/Mac family. When we got the watch we were impressed with the packaging. I know, I’m super weird, but packaging is really important to me. But it was beautiful and well put together. I tried it on first, and instantly knew this watch would be for my husband. It was beautiful, but just too big for my teeny tiny wrists (I have the wrist of a 10 year old, no lie). So when my husband got home, I “surprised him” with his new watch, and he was really excited to put it to the test.
In the beginning it connected to his phone perfectly. But then there was an update with the app( more info below), and when he updated the app in his phone it wouldn’t connect to the watch. We waited for customer support to fix the issue, but while waiting the phone and watch finally paired. From then on, he hasn’t had anymore issues.

Interview with Renaldo on the Misfit Vapor Smartwatch:
What were your first impressions?: it looked like a regular watch id wear everyday.
How do you like it now, after one month of consistent use?: I actually really like it. I don’t use it everyday but I do wear it to the gym, and on the weekends when we go out doing fun things like Disney, the outlets malls, etc.
Where do you wear it?: The Gym, Disney World, and to work when I’m dressed more casual.
How do you like it for fitness?: that’s ultimately what I like it for. It’s a great fitness tracker watch!
How is the battery life on it?: If I charge it overnight, it will last one day (so 12 hours)
Would you recommend this to someone on a $200 and under budget?: Absolutely!
Ultimately, will you be getting an Apple Watch still?: yes, I will! This is a great watch, but I still have my heart on the Apple Watch.
Why or why not? I’ve always wanted an Apple Watch. And I have Apple everything.
Are you going to keep using this watch?: Yes!
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate it?: 7
All in all, it’s a great watch for the value. If you are looking to spend no more than $200 (excluding tax) on a smartwatch that can do just about everything else those other brands can do, this is the watch for you. As mentioned above, you are able to change the band out to give it a new look. You can be thrown into a swimming pool and not worry that it’s now broken. My ONLY downfall (like me personally, not my husband) is that it’s not made for teeny tiny wrists. So it looks weird on me. But I admire it on my husband’s wrist. Hope this helped you out with your decision, and if it’s a right fit for you!
