14 Weeks Bumpdate

So I’m not going to do these every single week because hashtag I have too many kids, and too many scheduled blog posts, But I am going to try to do this every other week (even weeks).

In case you missed it, on social media I announced the gender of our baby! And I’m not even kidding, within AN HOUR that post was hitting 500 views JUST from Instagram! CRAZY! Like I said before yall’s support mean the world to me. Not even kidding, if it weren’t for you all I wouldn’t be doing this. Well maybe I would, but more like a diary, in an actual notebook, not a blog. But anyways, THANK YOU!

14 WEEK UPDATE:

This was taken at 13 weeks, but not much has changed. And don’t expect a super glamorous shot every week lol.

Gender: GIRL!! we will also confirm it’s a girl on 4/14 via ultrasound.

Weight/weight gain: 117-118lbs. So I haven’t gained anything since last week. But I’ve gained a total of 3/4 pounds.

Baby is the size of a: Peach. Now im craving a peach…

Maternity clothes: Not yet!

Stretch Marks: Nope!

Cravings: Again, I just love food soooo nothing crazy. But I have been loving sushi. Before you yell at me for eating sushi, I eat California rolls only. so nothing is raw…and plus the crab isn’t even real crab. AND my doctor told me it’s perfectly fine as long as its not raw.

Sleep: I’ve been sleeping like a rock. Every morning I struggle to get out of bed because I am sleeing so good!

Movement: Nothing yet. But we got to see her via ultrasound and she was moving around so much!

How am I feeling: So shortly after telling people I feel so much better now, the nausea came back. It’s not an all day type sick, but it comes and goes.

Still breastfeeding Joel: Yep. I honestly don’t think he’s getting much. I think he just does it for comfort.

Doctor appointment update:

My blood pressure: 100/60 and I drank coffee that morning!

Baby’s heart rate: 166

How’s baby doing: She is doing great. Measures just one day ahead, so basically perfect. We had the first part of the genetic testing done along with the NT ultrasound. and she he was looking great. At my next appointment they will draw more blood to finish the testing.

Next appointment: Ultrasound next week, OB appointment in about 2 weeks.

My Survival items for the week:

  1. Sparkling Mama Fizzelixir: Whenever I feel sick, I just get a water bottle and pour the powdery mix into it. It’s loaded with Vitamin B6 (which my doctor HIGHLY recommended I take everyday for my nausea since I didn’t want any prescription meds). Folate, which is great for the baby and Magnesium! I love how it tastes, and sometimes I want to drink it just because. I received this drink mix in my BUMPBOX (gifted). To read my full BumpBox review CLICK HERE!
  2. Preggers The Book: My blogger friend actually wrote this book, and I LOVE it! After the kids go to bed, and I have some free time before bed, I read a few pages of this book. It’s fun and 100% relatable! If you haven’t heard of it, you should def check her book out.

Thank you for reading, and stay tuned for my next bumpdate at 16 weeks!
