Friday Faves and Recap-May 3
Every week I’m going to share just a few items I personally purchased this week that I love, along with some links to the items so you can get it if you want it. I will always disclose if something was sent to me from the brand, but this week’s items are all items we purchased on our own and love. However, this post contains affiliate links. This weeks personal faves:
1. $5 Tees for the boys: Summer is right around the corner, so it’s time to stock up on all the basic tees and tanks for the kiddos for summer. I also love to buy a size bigger for the upcoming school year. Right now Old Navy has a $10 off $25 coupon, if you’re an email subscriber, so make sure you check your spam!
2. Beats by Dre Headphones: Renaldo is really heavy in the gym and after using his apple headphones, like the old fashion ones that come with the iPhone, he upgraded and got some beats. He originally wanted the big clunky ones, but they were crazy expensive so he settled for this one at $120!
3. Mom Jeans!! : THAT’S RIGHT, mom 👏🏽 freaking 👏🏽 jeans 👏🏽 ! got these from Target and they were $22 but seriously the best $22 I’ve spent in awhile. If you decide to get these, size down 1-2 sizes. I’m typically a 0/2 and I got a 00 and they fit perfectly. Not too tight but not too loose.
4. Leopard Sandals: I’m a sucker for Freshly Picked (y’all know I have a collection) but when I saw they were coming out with leopard sandals in the Malibu style, I was the crazy obsessed shopaholic who set an alarm for the drop. They came in the mail today and it was love! Y’all, you have to order your little girls’ a pair!
5. Cheap slides for myself: I love the style of these slides. They’re supposed to look like birks ($100+ flatbed sandals) but these are all foam and like $12. I’m not sure how long they’ll last, but shoot for $12 I’ll rock them! I wore them all day on Thursday and they were soo comfortable and give good arch support.
Weekly Recap:
What a week! RJ my oldest was out sick with a stomach bug so that really threw me off. He’s doing so much better, thank goodness! Also I had a really good target and Starbucks gift card giveaway with a few mommy friends and we chose 3 winners. We also celebrated Renaldo’s birthday for the 7th time at Top Golf and Kobe’s Japanese Steakhouse. I’ve also published 3 new posts since last Friday
