Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

So y’all know I’m a Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew fanatic. If I could, I would go there every single day and order one, However my bank account would be mad at me if I even considered doing such a thing lol. But my husband is equally obsessed with this fall beverage. We even have our own modifications to it to make it more pumpkin-y, and once we came up with this combo we couldn’t go more than 3 days without ordering it. We’d somehow even find reasons to go into target, just so we can make a pit stop in Starbucks at the entrance. Once we started racking up an embarrassingly high amount of stars, that’s when we knew we need to stop.

So we invested in an upgraded Keurig and Espresso Machine, linked below. But the only thing missing from our new and improved coffee corner was our favorite pumpkin cream! Now I have mastered the vanilla sweet cream, and used to make this all the time, so I figured-why not make it pumpkin?

I spent a few days perfecting the recipe to my liking (how I’d order it at Starbucks with all my crazy modifications lol). So in this blog post, I am going to share with you exactly how I made it, along with suggested modifications.

So what exactly is a Cold Brew?

Handcrafted in small batches daily, slow-steeped in cool water for 20 hours, without touching heat—Starbucks® Cold Brew is made from our custom blend of beans grown to steep long and cold for a super-smooth flavor.” Copy and pasted from the Starbucks site because I had no other way to accurately describe it. If you’re like me and have no clue how to brew this drink, I’d suggest picking up the Starbucks Cold Brew from target. They sell it in the milk section (pictured below). Also, if you prefer to drink this with regular coffee, you can do so, Just brew your coffee.

So here is everything you will need!

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients

For the Cold Brew

  • 1 cup Starbucks Cold Brew
  • 1 pump Pumpkin Pie Syrup
  • 4 cubes Ice

For the Pumpkin Cream

  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk sweetened
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 TBSP Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 pump Vanilla Syrup You can switch the out for Vanilla Extract to save $$$
  • 1 pump Pumpkin Syrup

Instructions

Cold Brew

  • Pour 1 cup of cold brew over ice. Pretty easy huh?

Pumpkin Cream

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  • Then pour into blender, I used a nutribullet. Add in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until creamy
  • Get a spoon, and taste the mixture. If need be, add additional pumpkin purée for a more pumpkin-y taste. If you want it more runny, then add condensed milk and heavy whipping cream until desired  consistency. I recommend adding in 1 TBSP at a time.
  • Once it is at desired consistency, pour over iced cold brew, or really any coffee beverage. Top with additional pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

  • Leftover pumpkin cream can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge. I kept mine in the nutribullet container with the lid on tight.
